Declutter and Stage Your Home for Sale

Help your home shine by clearing the clutter and arranging the home to play off its best features. We give you a head start to a fresh start in your new home.

Supervise Movers Prior to Move

Supervise as movers pack and load the truck. Answer questions, direct traffic and give instruction for movers as they pack to make the unpacking process more efficient. Assist in inventory check of items and boxes as they are loading the truck. Do final check of all closets, drawers, and cabinets. In addition, check dishwasher, ovens, microwaves and other places where items typically get overlooked during a busy move. Assist with tipping movers as they finish the job.

Supervise Movers During Move

Answer questions, direct traffic and give instruction for movers as they unload the truck. Assist in checking off moving inventory items as they are unloaded from truck. Each room will be assigned a number to assist in proper unloading of items. Help create list of items damaged in move for insurance purposes. Help transport items movers will not take, such as flammable items, chemicals, and cleaners.

Unpacking Services

On day of move, unpack and help make beds for first night sleep in your new home. In addition, your first boxes open will have towels and any other items necessary to make your first night stay at your new home more comfortable. We start unpacking kitchen to help get settled as quickly as possible. We move from the kitchen to the master bedroom/bathroom, then children’s bedrooms/bathrooms and finally living spaces and the garage. Our services differ from standard unpacking companies by not just emptying boxes, but organizing your home for a fresh start!
