Client Services

Who are my clients?

I work with busy people who are looking to be more efficient and effective in their daily lives.  These people are longing for a balanced life.  They want more time to spend doing what they want to do.  They also want to spend more time with the people in their lives that they enjoy.

They are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stressed and unproductive.  They all know they need to be organized, they just don’t know where or how to begin.  This is where I come in to help guide them in making life long changes.

Emergency Preparations:

“By Failing to prepare you are preparing to fail”-Ben Franklin

Like the Boy Scout motto “Be Prepared”, it is essential to be prepared for any emergency for you and your family.  It is important to have a supply of items you need stocked and ready if needed.  No one wants to think about emergencies, but you can rest easy knowing you and your loved ones will be ready.

  • Establish an Emergency Preparedness Kit
  • Establish a Family Plan
  • Research Local and State Government Emergency Recommendations for Your Area

Home Inventory:

“When you live in reaction, you give your power away.  Then you get to experience what you gave your power to.” – N. Smith

What would happen if your home was damaged or destroyed?   What would happen if you were the victim of theft?  Do you have enough insurance to cover all your belongings?  Would you be able to provide a detailed list of the items in your home? Most people in the aftermath of a disaster or theft forget a good portion of their possessions when it is time to make an insurance claim.  If you are asking yourself, “Do I need a home inventory?”  Here are a few reasons you must have one done:

  • Moving – Having documentation of items prior to moving is beneficial if the moving company damages your items.  This will make it easier to make a claim with the movers.
  • Emergency Preparedness – You will need an inventory if anything were ever to happen to your home in an emergency.  You will be able to check with your insurance agent to verify you are properly covered prior to an emergency.
  • Tax/Estate/Financial Planning – Having your possessions listed and itemized will allow you to easily provide necessary information when planning your Trusts, Wills, or any other legal documentation.

My husband I didn't think we needed a professional organizer to help us with our home office.  But before we knew it, 2 years had passed and the office had gotten worse--a complete disaster area.  I scheduled time with Gail and I have been more than happy with the results!  Not only did she help me get organized, but she taught me a number of skills and tactics to stay organized.  My husband and I are now able to both spend more time in our home office without being distracted by clutter.
