Fee Schedule Outline

Most people want specifics of how much will it cost and how long will it take to accomplish their goals.  There are so many factors that those are not easy answers.  Some people make quick decisions and some are slower, while others may not have as much stamina.  I will do my best to help you work efficiently and keep the cost of working together as low as possible.  I do offer specials and package deals.  Also, by subscribing to my newsletter you will receive coupons for additional savings.   Please contact me for further details.

Service Outline

Initial Consultation

In our first session we will meet to determine your specific needs and wants, assess the situation, and devise a plan of action. This usually will last one hour, depending upon the size of the project(s). After our initial session, I will provide you with an estimate and custom needs analysis. Depending on the project you will be quoted on an hourly, daily or project basis. Smaller projects tend to be quoted on an hourly basis while larger projects are quoted on a daily or project basis.

Implementation

Once the plan has been agreed upon, the project will be scheduled. Typically, we will begin by sorting your areas in which we reduce the clutter to items that have purpose or personal value. After we have sorted, we will find a “home” for the items left. We will come up with livable solutions that work for you. And finally, I will work to teach you the habits to enjoy and maintain your fresh start!

Our session lengths will usually be 3-5 hours, depending on your stamina. Sessions lasting longer than this are overwhelming and results in poor decision making.

Follow Up

Your ability to maintain the organizational processes we have created together is of upmost importance. You may slip back into your old habits, which is natural. I will help you get back on track and encourage you to not give up. I provide a one month and three month follow up service for the project at no additional charge.

Rountine Maintenance

Through organization you will enjoy the fruits of your labor with found time and reduced stress. For some, you will be able to maintain what you have learned on your own. Others may need additional emotional support and/or a routine maintenance schedule that we will establish so you will continue to enjoy your fresh start!

Referrals

Referrals are an important part of my company’s success, and I want to recognize those who have referred my services.  For any person you send my way that becomes a client, I will reward you with a gift certificate for either a free hour of my services, a manicure/pedicure, or a gift card to the Container Store - your choice!

Gift Certificates

Do you know someone who needs a fresh start? Give your family, friends and co-workers the gift of organization. Help them benefit from the support of a professional organizer and be a positive influence on their need for change. a fresh start professional organizing offers gift certificates in any amount. Appointments will be scheduled between the recipient and a fresh start.  Please be aware that Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but they can be transfered to another party.
